Oral sex again, answers different from theone i get in france

hello

im a french 35 years old male (so please excuse me for my bad english), i received 3 or 4 unprotected blowjobs in 4 years performed by unknown people ,and i m very anxious about that.

In fact, im so anxious that i read all forums worldwide.... On your forum, i read that oral sex is safe ! I would like to beleive  it ! But in france, forums and doctors i talked with, say it's very low risk except if there's blood in your partner mouth and if you have a cut on your penis(but there is always a risk). Some say that the quantity of blood must be very important, others say that only a microcuts is enough (almost invisible), .... thats not clear.

The only thing they agree with, is that theres a real risk for HIV for the personn who perform the blowjob , because  can swallow sperm, or  sperm can encounter a opended cut (even very small in the mouth).and it seems logical. Without ejaculation the risk is even lower , but still exists for the performer if the receiving guys has cuts or soon his penis....

WOW.
In the same way, i ve read on other amercicans forums that french kiss is also a risk  ! (same reason : blood in the mouth...) and that there is always a risk for oral sex, whatever the case.

who's wrong who's right?

u all seem so sure about the fact that oral sex is totally safe !!!.

ty for your answers.

from the hiv specialists here at medhelp:

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex.  The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way.  Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk".  There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANSFIELD

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex.  Please educate yourself about the real risks.  If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. "   DR HANSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who belive that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..."   DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA

The observation on thousand and thousand of observations is that HIV is not spread by oral sex (of any sort).  DR. HOOK

This isn't France. Oral sex and kissing isn't a risk of HIV transmission.

i just would like to add one thing. In France, if somebody says oral sex is safe, he has a tons of insults and answers saying he is a criminal and that what he says is dangerous and encourage people not using condoms....
