Oral sex and canker sore inside of lips

Hello doctors. I had given and received unprotected oral sex with csw. I have canker sore inside of lips. And there was some unprotected vaginal frottage but no penetration. However i had protected vaginal penetration.
1) hiv risk from giving oral having sore.
2) hiv risk with vaginal frottage.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had NO RISK for HIV.  The transmission of HIV, sexually, requires penetration - that an unprotected penis be inside a vagina or anus.  The sore inside your lip is irrelevant.
