teak, am highly amazed by your behavior....you cant help me?
hi
i went for a third and final test eight months after my oral sex exposure, at a VCTC on saturday. it came out negative thru a capillus method. since yesterday i have developed low grade fever with cold and sore throat and pain in stomach and face. i am afraid that i have contracted hiv as i did not check if they used a fresh needle to draw my blood as i did check the last two times. this is also a hiv treatment centre so most of the patients were hiv+. today i called the centre and they said that they used a fresh needle for me. i know most of you all will say that these days VCTC's use disposal needle but what am coming from is what if there was a mistake. to be honest i did not see blood on it but how can be sure about the inner part f the needle. you really cant see inside? have i put myself at risk again... can i acquire HIV like this? somebody please help. my worry is the feevr and other symptoms...can i be so unlucky in life? teak, ausguy please help

where is this scientific evidence?...i would like to read about it...thanks
there is no risk and you need to move on. If i were you I would be more worried about likely infections such as herpes.
yes..
BUT i asked other 2 qu;??
what about male licking woman?
they say it doesn't transmit by this way...
do u think pennis can contain un visible cuts which can transmit infiction?
i don't know y i get scared..when someone come to board and say oral is riskyyyyyyy...
How many times do you have to be told that saliva is not infectious?
what about male licking woman?
they say it doesn't transmit by this way...
and i guess..
is there any chances if the salvia entered through the tip of pennis ...and stayed for while??
do u think pennis can contain un visible cuts which can transmit infiction?
No need to test again, you are negative.
yea from someone that has a high probablity of being hiv+ but i got a 6 week negative ...so i guess im in the clear?...do i need to test again?...what do you think?
Virus getting through urethra/foreskin/sores, what else...
But saliva doesn't carry much infectious HIV, so this may have never happened before and might never happen in the future. If that is your only risk, I wouldn't worry.
i completely agree with you... but if it did occur, whats the mode of transmission to the insertive partner?
Nobody has ever been proven to be infected by receiving head, few such claims were never substantiated. You can choose to believe people like worried93 here, but I have reasons to believe that he is lying.
teak- where is this "scientific evidence" of 100% no risk?
joey- i agree with you, but teak and everyone at aidsmeds says its 100% no risk
so if it is low risk, whats the mode of transmission to the insertive party?
Nobody sane considers oral sex "100% no risk".
Scientific data shows that it is very low risk, especially for the receiving party.
Yes, I haven't found it...so if it exists can you please present it?
Thanks.
Who's saying we don't have concrete scientific data about oral? You?
