I am sorry, it would be absolutely unfair of us to statistics here. You had unprotected sex and you need to test to know.

Your orange tongue is certainly not an HIV concern. I suggest you to stop looking for HIV symptoms on the internet and also stop asking about it to people around. The most important thing that you need to know is, if you were to be going through ARS symptoms; you didn't have to look for it to guess if it's ARS, you would have known it. ARS symptoms mostly come with high fever, when I say high, it's really high.

I would suggest you to seek therapy meanwhile and take a test at 6 weeks mark and back it up with a final one at the 12th week, a 6 weeks negative changing ahead is very unlikely.

In general symptoms (if one is to have them) would start 2-4 weeks after exposure, they would all come and once and all go at once.

Symptoms might include:

High fever
Sore throat
Generalised body rash
Headache
Muscle ache
Strong fatigue
Swollen lymph nodes

Basically like a flu.  You can see that the symptoms of HIV infection are very similar to the symptoms of any disease caused by infection such as tonsillitis, chest infection, influenza etc. All of these are much more common and it is much more likely that if you do have these that they are not early symptoms of HIV but symptoms due to something else. Anxiety itself is a powerful condition and can persuade people that they have symptoms which in fact they don't.

Up to 70% of people may see symptoms to a degree, some mild some severe.  others may experience nothing, they are still infectious to others.

You need to test, do so at the times you have been told to.  In the meantime do not engage in unprotected penetrative sex with anybody and STOP googling.

Orange tongue is certainly not an Acute HIV specific symptom. Also, as you have been told already, symptoms don't mean a thing . You had unprotected sex and you need to test, despite of all your symptoms that you may complain, if your test result is negative, it means you are negative. A 3 month's test post exposure is conclusive.

Symptoms mean nothing as they do not diagnose hiv only a test can do that.I suggest you have an hiv test at 6 weeks and again at 12 weeks for a conclusive result. All the best.
