Oraquick advance test

I had a Oraquick advance HIV 1/2 combo done by TKNO. It came back negative. This was at 29 weeks after a risky encounter. Should I consider this good enough or should I have another test done at a clinic or doctors office? Thanks

Thank you Lizzie, jsut didn't know if they were a safe alternative to a lab based test at a doctors office or my city clinic. Thanks again :)
