Oraquick at 89 days

I had a negative oraquick result at 89 days. My potential exposure was unprotected vaginal sex, can I still say that I am negative or did I have to take the test at 90 days? I called oraquick and they told me it had to be at 90 days to “guarantee” that it is negative. Should I take another test?
