P24 Antigen test reliability on day 21?

Hi, I am 33 year old male and I had protected vaginal sex with CSW twice (no oral sex or kissing). Once on 30th march and then on 4th may (35 days apart). By 10th may I developed tonsils which is still bothering me 19 days later. I got worried and got tested on 15th and 50th day after exposure i.e. on 19th may. HIV 1 and HIV 2 antibody, HSV, HCV, Chlamydia, gonorrhea test came out negative. But I still was worried as the test only ruled out (95%) my first encounter with CSW and not the second encounter. So six days later on 21st day of second encounter I took p24 antigen test only and it came back negative. I want to know how accurate is p24 antigen test on day 21 (In percentage terms). I know my risk is low as I had protected sex but I have been very worried for past 3 weeks. I had mildly swollen glands in my throat but after examining them the doctor told me that they are not lymph nodes. Today, I was feeling week and I have been experiencing a mild burning sensation in my throat and there is redness in tonsils. I have not had fever up till now. I was so afraid that I could not sleep last night. Please help.

You had no risk and did not need to test at all.  ANY test you take will be reliable, since you had zero risk for HIV.  Whatever symptoms you are experiencing have nothing to do with HIV.

Hi. I think you misunderstood my problem. I know I had protected sex but I did not check expiry date of the condom second time. However the condom did not break. I took a antibody test on day 15 which was negative (to rule out my first experience with CSW). And then I took only p24 antigen test on day 21 which came negative. I want to know the reliability of standalone p24 test on day 21
You misunderstood the advice.
Please elaborate
There's nothing to elaborate on.  You didn't need the check the expiration date.  That only means that after the expiration date, a condom is more likely to break.

When a condom breaks, it breaks wide open, and you would have absolutely known that it did.  Since the condom did not do that, you do not have a risk for HIV.
Thanks for the help
