P24 HIV Combo test antigen and antibody

Sorry I am English is not well
I have a un-protect without condom, but only masturbation by a sex worker and I touch her Vaginal by hand, after finished I touch my mouth by hand there are still have some Vaginal Discharge
I have a exudative tonsillitis at 5 week, I am feel very worry about this.
I do a P24 combo test antigen and antibody at 31 days the result is negative
Rapid test for antibody at 41 days the result is negative
Did the P24 combo test at 31 days is accuracy and can be trust
Is the combo test and Rapid test for antibody result is definite
am I need to do the final test at 90 days.
please kindly advise
