PEP Lipodystrophy-Any test?

Hey, on 16 June i had an exposure. Insertive broken condom PEP.
I started a course of PEP that included Tenvor-EM (Indian version  Emtricitabine/Tenofovir DF) and Kaluvia (generic of lopinavir/retonavir) for 25 days and interrupted it for two reasons:
1-My partner tested Negative(Antigen/ Antibody) on 22 days post exposure
2-Thinking that i might be developing facial Lipodystrophy (slight facial fat loss under cheek bones). I cant tell if my face was like this before the treatment or it is just an illusion.
What can i do to really know if i developed some lipodystrophy ? any test u can advise about?

Lipodystrophy can be a side effect of pep. It should resolve after some time. You should ask your doctor about this.

I asked two doctors including the one who prescribed them and they said that within a month time  PEP  wont cause any facial wasting.  Any test do you know of that it can check if it happened  indeed ?

No.  And it is a known potential side-effect of PEP.  The risk is low, but it exists.  Continue working with your doc if you're concerned about fat loss.
