PLEASE HELP, SCARED OF HIV & AIDS

Exposure : High Risk unprotected Receptive Anal from known recently tested positive person

Background : I had all textbook symptoms that all came between 2-4 week and went away leaving my body that was not like that prior to exposure.

Tests:
1) 6 week - 4th gen Ab/Ag with Reflex -ve,
RNA TMA -ve
2) 8 week - hiv1/2 antibody -ve,
PCR RNA qualitative and quantitive (<47 sensitive) -ve
Western Blot -ve
3) 10 week - 4th gen Ab/Ag with Reflex -ve

Should I consider 10 week test as conclusive ? If yes/not , what would be the reason ?

I would consider the 10 week 4th gen conclusive as the chances of your status changing in two weeks is highly unlikely. Having said that, I will say that if I were in your shoes, I would test at 12 weeks leaving no doubts in MY mind. You engaged in the riskiest sex there is.........why not now be as safe as you can be and test again at 12 weeks?

Thank You, RubyWitch....You are right and I'm also thinking that but it's hardest for me to even wait these two weeks.
