PLS HELP - In full panic mode :(

Hey there,

I am a gay man and exactly 28 days ago I had a casual encounter with a bisexual man.
I told him that we had to use protection and that I did not do bareback sex.

While I was on all fours, he was stimulating my prostate with his fingers and masturbating his penis.
All of a sudden I felt he was trying to 'poke' around with his penis and penetrate me without a condom, which he didn't. I started to turn around, and at that time he ejaculated. He ejaculated all over my sphincter and buttocks, as well as over the front of my legs because I turned to face him.
After we were done, he started telling me that he didn't have sex often, but when he did, he didn't use condoms. He also told me that he went to sex clubs on a few occasions and had sex there without condoms. I believe he was always on the giving end, and never on the receiving end.

What got me worried is the fact that he was stimulating my prostate with his fingers which might have caused some damage [I am not sure if it did], and then he came all over my sphincter and buttocks and some of it might have leaked inside and infected me. Moreover, I had a small, insignificant rash on the buttocks when the encounter happened.

I haven't had any symptoms as of yet. I only had a bit of a scratch in my throat on the 24th and the 25th day after the encounter, but that could have been due to too much cold pop and ice cream.

Please give me your opinion as to how risky this encounter was. Should I be worried? He kept on telling me he was 'clean' and didn't have any diseases.

Thank you immensely much for your help! Any insight your might have would be invaluable!

Is there something about "HIV does NOT spread or maintain infectioness out its host" that you don't understand?

Ok, I think I understand.

However, and I am sorry for being repetitive, if there is damage to the anal mucus membrane and some sperm leaks into the anus, then there is a possibility of contracting HIV? I am not sure if he damaged the membrane with his fingers and whether some sperm leaked in, but I am just 'exploring' the options.

Also, if someone ejaculates on a skin rash, can you contract HIV that way?

THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR PUTTING UP WITH ME!

Doesn't matter, HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host. So to have a risk you have to have unprotected penetrative anal sex with a penis.

Well, not an exposure per se. BUT, I do not know enough about the sexual history of the bisexual man I was with, except that he likes bareback sex and he used to visit sex clubs, which raises certain doubts about his HIV status. Moreover, I am not sure whether some of the sperm leaked into my anus, which was stimulated by his fingers previously leading to potential mucus membrane damage.

Am I just being too paranoid?

I am going in for a test tomorrow morning [HIV 1/2 At Ab], and I will receive the results by early afternoon. I was told the results at 28 days from exposure are 99% reliable.
