POSITIVE AFTER 7.5 WEEKS?

i went to this place in Luanda - Angola and i had sex with an African Sex worker, she preformed oral sex with condom and vaginal also with condom, the vaginal was about 5 minutes, when i finished and withdraw my penis i saw the condom were completely busted.....i dunno how much time was and i completely friked out at that point, i was kinda drunk but i asked her if she was infected with something and she said no and claimed that she was new in this business, only doing it for 2 months.
5 weeks later i experienced symptoms- extreme nausea and vomit, swollen lymph nodes in the groin area and the left one hurts when i touch, i have to urinate every 2 hours especially at night and since yesterday im having a sore throat and some red rash only on the mustache skin area, i noticed after shaving, i have lost some wight too.
I tested 3ºgen ELISA 4 and 7.5 weeks (53 days) after and they came back negative, thing is im at great risk and doctor said in my case i need to test at 6 months to be 100% sure.
Why did he said that? isnt 12 weeks enough? im confused.....
how accurate is my 7.5 weeks test?

many thanks

No it doesn't because ARS doesn't start that late and symptoms are not reliable in diagnosing HIV.

Seroconvertion timing is variable that means ARS timing is variable as well, cus im experiencing many topical symptoms starting at 6 weeks, like fever and abdominal pain, nightsweats  and lymph nodes in the neck. It has to be HIV

That's totally up to you. Most people like to get a baseline test first and then get a conclusive test result.

Makes no sense to test any time before 3 months. Its a waste of time, money and will feed you fake  hopes!
I feel frustrated with my earlier tests, i have to return to get my conclusive result anyways so why bother with 6 / 8 weeks? its really pointless :s

12 weeks (3) months is when you can get a conclusive test result. 6 months is the old guidelines.
