Palm rash

Hi there.
I would like to ask about hand rashes as a possible sign of ars.
I understand that any symtom can and cannot be a sign of ars making diagnosis impossible with symtoms alone, but I have heard that the most common and frequent is a rash.
My rash is located on the palms of my hands only at the moment and spread from my thumb area outwards reaching my finger tips.
My palms feel quite dry and sometimes they feel prickly. When the rash first showed up around the base of my thumb, it was quite itchy, which may have led to the spread, but I am not sure. To look at, my left hand is worse than my right, they look wrinkled, dry and skin is peeling at the tips of my fingers and thumb. The rash itself does not appear to be red dots, but seems to be very small bumps, like super small blisters maybe (sorry, they are quite hard to discribe)
I do not have any other symptoms at the moment, apart from a small case of diarrhea which I believe to be caused by my relocation to another country, change of water, food etc.
I have uploaded a few photos for you to look at as I am sure my discription isnt the best. These were taken by a phone camera, so the quality is not too good. Links are below.

Thank you for your time to look at these and my situation. I look forward to your reply.

your "rash" is not indicative of early hiv infection.

ars rash is dark reddish brown...raised and flat...does not itch...and mainly located on the trunk of the body.
