Panicking of hiv

I was with girl in disco last night,we were drunk and after we went to hotel,I bought a condom and i didn't have sex with her.i put condom and she masturbate for me and give some blow job but I cannot ejaculate because I was drunk.i rub my penis on her back and on her breast.we are both naked.i touch her vagina also it was dry.later I went to toilet and wash my hand with soap.i check my condom it was not broke.i pee on condom also to check but it wasn't broke.i cannot ejaculate and after I dress up and we go home.but I have anxiety and feel that can I get hiv from this situation.i feel stress.i know I didn't sex with her but my mind makes me crazy.please help from this situation.thankyou

You had no risk. In an adult, the only risks are unprotected anal or vaginal sex and sharing drug needles with infected users.

Nothing you posted was any risk. No risk means that you have no reason to test for HIV. Always use condoms for penetrative sex and don't use injectable drugs and you'll never have to worry about HIV for the rest of your life.
