Paranoid...Menstrual blood on shaved pubic

Doc,

I had sex with a worker ..protected.. ..and couple of hours before that I shaved my pubic area. during shaving, there was 1 minor cut.a lil bit of blood but after shower and etc, there was no blood. it was infact a very small small wound? There was no blood during sex as well.
Just wondering, while i was having sex, lubricant plus small amount of blood mix dropped on my pubic area..I dont know if its dripped on the wound area or what..what if it dropped on the wound area..Will I be at risk? Also, I had a reddish heat boils on left thigh..not open wound..will i be at risk it touches there also?

Its been 4 weeks, no symptoms..I just saw a small birthmark under my armpit..only this one..is this any symptom?

From what I read, HIV bacteria needs a proper environment for it to work its infectiousness and outside the body, and mixing with other substance will kill the bacteria. Is that true..

I m kinda getting paranoid  going crazy doc.....Thanks doc.

Really? Have you ever heard of hemorrhoids? They are not gay specific.

Teak...
Thanks for your answers bud..

I ve been having slight anal ichiness...I m straight guy...im getting paranoid its probably due to this 'so called' exposure..Am i just just sensing it because of my paranoidness?

I read...and only gay people will have anal ichiness if they are infected or could be anything from normal infection...

I have 2 heat boils and each side of my thighs..it doesnt move like a lymph node or what..just gettin paranoid of it as well...

Thanks for earlier response tho..

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
