Hi, when we are told HIV is transmitted only by 3 conditions: unprotected penetration in anus/vagina;mother to child; IV drugs. I want to ask the unprotected penetration only means penis into anus / vagina, right? not including like oral, tongue even finger and other sex activities, right?

Yes you are, it is only penile anal / vaginal penetration that counts in sexual routes of HIV transmission
