Period blood in shower

Dr. I had sex with a women who I am not familiar with, I used 2 condoms and I then went for hot showers after done. However, I did not noticed that her period blood was all over the condoms until after I finished shower. I am so worried that when I took the condom off, my hand was touching the blood and in the shower, I did washed my penis with my hand. 4 weeks later I had headache and ear temperature about 98.5-99.1 late in the day, and hot flashes at night. 3 months later I still had joint pain. Could it be hiv? Please help!

Just FYI...only use one condom at a time!!  Using 2 condoms will actually greatly increase the chance of condom breakage!  ONE condom with plenty of water based lubricant.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
