If she is unwell tell her to see her doctor. It's not an HIV concern.

if you are tested negative what is the problem. If i say that an uninfected person can pass HIV to his partner, can u believe it? NO na, U r HIV negative, so you cant make ur girl positive. I think the symptoms are due to ur anxious mind. try to understand that and move on

Seek professional mental help. HIV is not your problem any more. You have conclusively tested negative and there are no two ways to it any more.

If  you browse through the archives, you will find that there has been several other forum users in the past and recent present who had the same problem - ''accepting their result''. They frenzied about their non acceptance initially, they wasted a lot of their valuable time of life, looking for some thing that they didn't have and finally accepting the fact that they are negative. Symptoms? They all complained about it, please understand, the mind is very powerful and can do a lot of stuff to your body especially when it is conditioning to the fact that you are speculating HIV and closely monitoring your body every second, anxiety and obsession can cause a lot of symptoms and discomfort.

You are negative and it's conclusive. Stop the ''what-if'', you have tested beyond the window period and you can't get what don't have. Consider help.
