Pimple Bleed - Am I at risk?

Hi,

I recently had sex with a csw half drunk.
I wore a condom and she gave me a blowjob with the condom on.
Then we proceeded with sex. After wards, she removed the condom and I am sure it didn't break because I didn't see any sperm leaking out (I have never had a condom break so I'm not sure how it looks)

However, when I went to the bathroom to wash my penis, I realized a tiny open wound on my scrotum almost beside the bottom of my penis shaft. When I tinkered with it, it popped and puss came out - which I assume is a pimple?
The bleeding didn't stop immediately either.

My question is, am I at risk?
I know I wore protection but the open wound is so close to my penis I'm sure it must have touched the lip of her vagina when we had sex. Wether it was bleeding heavily or not I couldn't tell because I only noticed the wound when washing my penis (and may have washed the blood away).

Her std status is unknown. But the place wasn't very clean.

I saw a doctor and he prescribed me Tenvir Em as PEP. I'm to take one pill a day for 28 days.
First Tenvir Em intake was 39 hours post exposure.
My second question is... is that a bit too late? And is Tenvir Em alone enough as effective PEP? Or should I be taking it along something else?

Thank you so much for helping me with these questions.
I hate myself for what I did... Now I just hope I can reverse or put a stop to any further destruction of my body.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Also Teak, not to challenge your advice. Wouldn't there be at least some risk involved? Since I have an open wound and it might come in contact with her vaginal fluid?

I'm trying to decide if I should go on taking this med Tenvir Em... My lower back aches like mad and I have a splitting head ache all the time - plus eyebags. :(

Hi Teak,

Thank you for the advice.
I was rather worried because the it was an open wound and it might have come in contact with vaginal fluid..

Thing is, this Tenvir Em the doc prescribed me as PEP is causing me back ache, nausea and I simply feel down.
I'm just wondering how detrimental is this drug to my body?
At the moment I'm taking it for

1) Prevention in case I have the virus
2) Punishment so I know how bad it feels to be on the drug to stop seeing prostitutes
