I got Herpes zoster after 6 month of my unprotected exposure.. and it caused a swelling lymph node in my armpit area. i am 27 i got chicken pox in early ages.. so is that a sign of HIV infection????

Teak i surfed in the internet ,i found it Herpes zoster will happen in people with HIV positive.. and the people more than 50 years old.. so i am 27.. why does it come to me now? please help me..
