Please Help. Recureent Parotitis

Dear All

I had an incident with breast sucking, kissing ,kissing on Vagina top of her dress and hugging of women whose HIV Status is unknown, I fear for HIV and I took Test for 4th Generation on 7.2 Weeks, Rapid Blood test on 7th week, 8th week and 10th week. after 1 and half year I took standerd Elisa Test everything came back as normal. but now my 5 year old daughter is facing an issue with recurrent parotitis on her left cheeks and DR. Said it might be simple partial block on her left ear side gland or bacterial infection.but when ever I look online for Recurrent parotitis ,HIV is the first thing which comes up which frightens me a lot. I was thinking is my tests was sufficent or not conducted correctly, any one can advise

Thanks In advance
