Please help. My life is hell.

Had sex with a sex worker where I don't remeber if I wore condom or not.. Heres the history of my testing>
One month after exposure: negative HIV test.
3 months: negative HIV test,
5 months: negative HIV test.
6 months: negative oraquick oral swab test.
Today I got tested agian by a nurse and she told me to get a conclusive result I should wait a year. Is that true? Do I have to keep testing or is this enough? I've also have had some symptons like congested nose for months, stretch marks, cold sores on upper lip, and a white patch at the back of my you he which really scare thinking this is linked to HIV. Please help me, my life has been hell because of this and some reassurance would be great.

Your symptoms are not related to HIV. Your six months test is conclusive.
