Please help

Hello DR. I had protected sex with an Escort but I had unprotected oral sex and after that I found that I had an ulcer in my mouth. Two days later i had a sore throat and I had a Fever (38.6 C) ...I went to the Doctor he gave me antibiotics the next day I felt fine and my throat starts to heal I took the antibiotics for 8 days..the next day i stopped the antibiotics I had sore throat again and the day after I had a fever I had like 6 (300mg) of antibiotics left so I took them on two days and I start gargling with salt and water and I felt fine after...When I did the unprotected oral sex I don't recall if there was Vaginal secretion but I guess there was since its always present is that right??...I'm really afraid to have HIV  and I can't work I get panic attacks I don't eat.........If someone has a fever from HIV will it go because of medicine?  Now its been 3 weeks and I feel really sick from stress all what I think about is me having HIV its destroying my life I even now I'm thinking that the condom was slipped because I was a bit drunk....Can I do a test which is earlier then 3 month that can confirm my results which is available in Montreal,Canada (I wasn't able to find a place which do DNA test) because I'm not sure if I can wait that long I'll die from a heart attack probably..

PLEASE HELP ME
