Please help

My wife put to bed in the early hours of today, Meanwhile while i was in the hospital, I noticed a used needle on the ground so i immediately drew the nurse attention and she picked it up and thrashed it. A minute or two after, i required the help of the nurse to feed my baby with her feeding bottle, while she was doing that she touched the tip of the bottle with her hand to make sure the milk was coming out well and continued feeding the little baby, I am worried that she didn't wash her hands after picking and discarding the needle and she touched my baby's feeding bottle with that same finger. Please is there a risk of HIV/other infections ?

No, zero risk for anything, none at all.  Also, nurses don't forget to wash their hands - that would be totally unprofessional.  But even so, just touching a needle isn't a risk.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had NO RISK for HIV and you do not need to test.

I am scared about my new born baby, not me. Is the baby at risk ?
NO.  No one is at risk.  The only additional risk for a baby would be transmission from a mother who is HIV+.  This event is not a risk for anybody, ever.
