Please help

I had anal sex with a condom 20 days ago and I’ve been experiencing a number of symptons. I’ve even been doubting if the condom was already broken when i pull out. I was told by the forum its nothing but today a red rash abt one finger length appeared on my hand and it doesn’t it. I’ve also seen some red spots on my neck area. Also, today i experienced muslce ache on my left hand and it was very noticeable when previously it was only very mild. Please help i am panicking. I really dk if the condom broke because the only thing i can recall is when i pull out there was some liquid on the condom and she took it off.

Condom breakages are evident.  If you have to guess whether it broke, means certainly it didn't.

You need to relax. Your symptoms are psychosomatic, stop reading about HIV on the internet, you are imagining things that you have read.

You didn't possess a risk for HIV transmission from your incident since you used a condom and therefore, you do not need to test. If you are unable to think rationally, please see a therapist.

Not relevant to HIV. See a therapist for your irrational fears. You don't have an HIV concern.
The itching has nothing to do with it. See a dermatologist, change your detergent and work on improving your hygiene habits because you don't have an HIV problem.
