Plz answer my questions

Dear doctors
I am worried about hiv because I have dozens of unprotecteb oral sex and protected sexual intercourse with sex workers. I think the condoms were not broken because after ejaculation I could see there was some semen in the condoms. The condoms were given by the sex workers.I am worried about there were some little hole on the surface of the condoms.I am not sure when oral sex whether the girls had bleeding cuts or ulcers. It was the biggest trouble that in some times I had some red dots on my glans and they were felt a little pain in oral sex.I dont know they were bleeding or not bleeding. One more time on another occasion,I had massage, the girl helped me self-abuse with her saliva which was treated as slipping agent.I am afraid there was blood in  the saliva. And After the action my glans felt pain when I passed warter.I think the girl made a cut on my glans.I am worried about the blood-saliva was on the cut.
I have many sympts.I love a girl now.She is healthy.I am sure that she dont have hiv.She want to make love with me without condoms.
Doctors,am I at risk of hiv?Do I have hiv?Do I need to test hiv?Can I make love with my girl without condoms?Plz help me.

Yes. I'm just repeating what Teak and the others saying. If you have sex with CSWs, why can't there be the possibility your GF having sex with other people too? So, unless you hav e a test result of your GF with negative HIV, we can't assume 100% she is negative.

Yes, that is correct.  Both you and your GF should have a full STD work-up done together, once yearly.  They usually include HIV testing, which doesn't hurt to have, especially if you are planning on engaging in unprotected sex with each other...that way each of you can sh9ow the other that your baseline status is negative.

Again, though, I cannot stress enough that while you are visiting CSW's, you should continue to use condoms with your GF.

You didn't have a risk for HIV, however, you are visiting sex workers and doing things that could easily put you at risk for other STD's...which you would then give to your GF if you didn't use protection.

Until you stop visiting sex workers, you must use a condom with your GF or you are placing her at risk for non-HIV STD's.

Everyone who is sexually active should have a yearly STD screening and NO ONE should engage in unprotected sex until they are committed to one another with NO other partners and until they have both been tested for STD's.

You are not monogamous, therefore you must continue to use condoms.

For goodness sake this thread just keeps going and going!!!

you are not at risk from HIV from the activities you have described.

What I am guessing Teak is meaning is that if you have sexually active outside of your relationship then you shoudl be having a full, annual screen for all STD's.  Thi sis a recommenddation I would make for everybody who is sexually active.

Your girlfriend should also have an annual test.  Until you guys are in a committed monogamous relationship you should both test.  You are clearly not in a monogamous relationship as you frequent CSW's frequently.

From the acitivities you have brought to the forum you do not have any risk associated with the tranmission of HIV.  Protected sex is just that and oral sex is not risk.  The saliva incident is irrelevant as saliva inhibits HIV.

This thread seems to have got a bit confusing so I will make it very clear.

No risk but regular STD check ups are recommended... not just for you but everybody who is sexually active.

Now please move on.

I did not say that at all, but before you suspend the use of condoms you should test not only for HIV but other STDs.

Both of you test so make sure neither one of you have been exposed before you stop using condoms for vaginal and anal sex.
