Posisbly ARS symptoms?

I’m a guy and I had protected vagina sex with a SW on 1st of Feb. She lick my anal and I had unprotected oral sex for few minutes. I thought it was a low risk exposure and I didn’t go for PEP.
I notice I have some rash on my chest (probably about 15red spots) past 2 days and few red spots started to appear on my neck. This morning I also notice some red spot behind my shoulder. It’s less than than 2 weeks exposure, is this possibly ARS symptoms? I’m so regret with my silly act. Please help me.

I’m at week 4 now, yesterday I do notice my rash still appearing on my chest, the rash is not wide spread but maybe around 10 small spots on my chest, I start to see 2-3 spots on each side of my arm. 3-4 spots on my armpit area. I don’t have any fever as of now yet. Can anyone please describe to me how ARS rash looks like? I’m just so worried and can’t sleep well these few days.

As you were advised, you had no risk for HIV, so your symptoms are NOT ARS.  Continue working with a doctor to determine the non-HIV cause of your symptoms.

Since answer of question 4 is "Zero", all your other questions become invalid. You never had any risk, therefore no question of the ARS to surface.

Thanks Diver58, will you be able to advice on the following for my own reference in the future.
1. Will ARS rash appear all at once or appear more day by day.
2. Will ARS rash appear to be itchy?
3. Will ars rash normally appear with high fever?
4. What is chances of catching hiv using condom with penetration?

Your risk never existed if unprotected vaginal/anal penetration was not involved. Oral sex, either way is a Zero risk. There may be some other reason for the rashes/red spots
