Possible ARS Symptoms

Hi,
I had a possible exposure to HIV and have been having symptoms over the last 3.5 months. Please I know symptoms are not reliable but please give me your opinion.
4-11 Nov 2017 - Exposure. Protected sex with 3 sex workers in Phillipines. Deep throat kissed one of them for about 10 seconds.
2-3 Dec 2017 - Weak Diarrhoea. No fever or other symptoms. Going to gym in the evenings as normal. Slight headaches in the afternoons.
7 Dec 2017 - Stomach pain. Felt feverish. No other symptoms. Lasted about 4 hours. Felt good after that.
10 Dec 2017 - Diarreah three times then stopped. Felt good after that. Whole month of December no problems except in the afternoons for about an hour or so didn't feel too good with burning and sore eyes. This just lasted for an hour or two. No fever or other symptoms.
20 Jan 2018 - Started having mild headaches in the afternoon with burning eyes and had some small cranker sores in mouth that lasted 5 days. No fever or other symptoms. Kept on monitoring my temperature from this time onwards.
28 Jan 2018 - Sudden outbreak of pimples with two boils on face and the other between the anus and testicles. The boils had pus and lasted for about 4 days and then went away. Again no other symptoms and checking temp all the time.
1 Feb 2018 to 9 Feb 2018 - Burning eyes and slight headaches in the afternoon for about two hours. Hot flushes but no fever or other symptoms.
11 Feb 2018 to 14 Feb 2018 - Stiff neck with lump at back of neck. After using ointment it went away.
22 Feb 2018 – Lymph node under arm more towards the rib cage. It’s not painful and moves around.

In all of the above I never went to the doctor because it wasn't so serious. I went to the gym every day and monitor my temperature every day. My temp always used to be between 36 to 37.2. At one time only it went to 37.5 from the ear. I never had any high fever, rash, joint and muscle pains or severely inflamed lymph nodes.

Please let me know if I have any cause for concern of HIV or is this typical ARS or seroconversion?

1) dont self diagnose. and you have the wrong understanding of the whole thing about lymph node. and to answer your question, no.
2) no
3) not hiv related. stress and other problem such as jaundice can be causes

The way you wrote the dates are confusing, but not the way you wrote your risk.  It wasn't one.  Not at all.  So, all of your questions are irrelevant.  Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV and doctors don't diagnose HIV by symptoms.

You didn't have a risk.  In any way.  Not sure how else to say that.  Protected sex is not a risk for HIV.  Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV.

Go to the doctor for your symptoms, they have nothing to do with HIV.  The only way to get HIV is from having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing iv drug needles.  You had protected sex.  So, you had no risk.  Time to move on, this has been worrying you for a whole year?

Hi thank you for your reply. It’s not been a year it’s just been 4 months now.
Can you please just give me the answers to the three questions that I have posted and I won’t ask another question. Thanks

Hi, Thank you for your answer. I know it's negligible but I have been stressing about this since December and maybe some of these symptoms have been stress related.
I got particularly worried when I got the lymph nodes under my arm and I have read that lymph nodes can happen not only in early stages but throughout the infection.
1) Is it common to have lymph nodes develop 3.5 months after infection.
2) Can you contact HIV from deep throat kissing if I have gingivitis. I was just worried about the deep throat kissing as I do suffer with gingivitis and worried that I could have contacted HIV in this way. I know my symptoms can be related to other health problems.
3) One more thing I forgot to mention the whites of my eye have been discolored sometimes yellowish and red.

I know my symptoms can be related to other health problems. I will only be seeing my doctor next week as I am currently in South Africa.
