Possible HIV exposure-PEP

I had been fingured roughly on 28 Apr so had anal cuts/Sore.On 29th April A guy just touched this portion with his Penis.Not sure of Precum was there.I washed it away after 5 mins and saw that the portion was still sore from previous day finguring.Shall I be concerened.There was no Penetration.Would you recommend PEP?M Gay.Its 15 hours now.
I can not  attach picture in which the bleeding started when I was examining if there was any cut.
I am scared please help.

You had no risk.  Fingering is not a risk, even with open cuts or scrapes.  NO ONE has ever contracted HIV through fingering or touching pre-cum.  Contracting HIV requires penetration.

You definitely don't need PEP, and you do not need to test.

Thanks CurfewX...I am not worried about finguring ..but his precum touching the open anal fissures which I got from Figuring. could virus have transmitted from precum into the blood?...Also I was not sure if there was precum or no...You could consider the situation as no precum but normal fluid that Pennis entrance always has...does this fluid contains HIV?

Just to update there was minor bleeding when I was trying to see the anal cuts on entrance.
