Possible HIV exposure

i wanted to enquire i had sex with girl whose status is unknown but it was my first sexual encounter due to the nervousness i am not sure i had this feeling that the condom broke though i only had sex for like 4 minutes.I have been experiencing anxiety and stress symptoms and cant bear and imagine that i might have contracted it from her. Please advise whether there is a possible risk.Am deeply stressed.i am not even sure if the condom bursted but i guess it fear of the unknown.

I'm not sure what you're going through, if you didn't see whether the condom had broken or not, then get tested 3 months from then for a conclusive, if negative, result.

Had the condom failed you would have known. You do not need testing.

If the condom broke, you are at risk. Get tested at the 3 month mark and don't try to focus on the stress and axiety
