Possible HIV infection

On Jan 1st i had protected sex with a female. She was on her period. I have something called Jock Itch (tinea cruris) and i have it really bad.. at times i scratch so hard i tend to bleed. my question is that when she was riding me, if her blood got on my rash ( which may have been bleeding a little) could i have gotten something. When i pulled out i seen blood on the condom but didn't check to see if there was blood on my groin area. i took an HIV oral swab test on 2/3/12 and came out negative. just need your advice people.

transmission takes place INSIDE the body...when a penis is INSIDE a vagina / anus.

you had no risk

Ok so if the HIV was active on her blood when we were having sex, and the blood went rubed on my rash( which may have been bleeding) would i be able to get it? cause i know u can get it through blood to blood contact.

HIV isn't alive, it is either active or inactive. HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child

when i went to go get tested the person who was testing me said that the HIV virus dies within 30 seconds once it hits the air...so im just a little confused because i dont know if her blood got on my rash ( where i may have been bleeding)

You never had an exposure. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
