Possible infection

I had oral & anal sex as well toys with two different transgender which I pick from internet sites during sex I used  condom,  penetration was shared all was protected ,but the last one after I finishing I went to wash I found myself small bleeding because of toys .I am sure condom was in place.
that was during last April 2013 , but which make me more worry , one day after the two nights with different partners I woke up with sore throat, then head ach, some fever and when I sit or sleep feel chills in my arms & legs masules all of these continue for 4 to 5 days.

then back to normal,
in fifth of june After one month and ten days sore throat again begin strong and continue to mid of july about two months, some fever for about five days with chills in legs & arms without feel the fever.with some pain in the joints.
inthe 10th week I started feel nausea and lost appetite cotuine until the end of july.

After that was my weight dropped about 8 kilos from 88 to 80 as well I feel some times pain in joints & masules pain , rashs on the body & red in the skin of shoulders , rashs in mouth continue showing & disappear up to now which about more than 6 months after exposure to risk .
as well I lost 12 kilos up to now of my weight as these symptoms appear from time to time not to gather,

     Could you help me with advise what is the possiblity of geting inffected .

stress & anxiety over the incidents can cause those symptoms.

You had no HIV risk from the exposures you described.
