Possible to symptom - please help

I know unprotected oral (recieved blow job) is deemed to no risk and some doctors say extremely low risk but can't shake the feeling I was exposed.

Possible exposures 4 weeks ago. Since then has body aches in arms and both hips as well Shooting pains in elbow and knees as well as abdomen area.

This has been constant from 7 days onwards. Haven't really seen noticed any lymph nodes swollen but armpits itchy and more of a burning feeling as well as shooting pains there.

Had a full sti test 5 days post exposure which came up clear for everything.

Do I get tested now post 4 weeks.

Anxiety could well be causing all of this.

Just wondering if I should be seeing other symptoms like fever or rash?

Just wanna say thanks to the experts that responded. I did get tested and it was negative. Please people follow the advice on here and don't Google symptoms. You will just worry for no reason.

You don't have any medical training so need to stop fixating on one disease (that you can't have) as if no other disease existed, and instead see doc.

Dear expert I have noticed a small rash on my chest region and have been getting shooting pains from my groin and under my chin. Should I not be concerned?

It is NO RISK.  There may be sites that discuss a theoretical risk, but the fact is that in over 40  years, not a single person has contracted HIV from receiving oral sex.  You will NOT be the first.  Whatever is causing your pain has nothing to do with HIV since you had no risk.  You don't even need to test - zero risk = zero tests.  Forget about this event and find the cause of your pain which is not related to HIV.
