Posted before but things have been getting worse

ok. when i described my exposure before, i was wrong about the dates, and didnt fully disclose my exposure(i thought that protected sex was not worth mentioning). on aug 27th i had unprotected oral, and protected intercourse with a stripper/sex worker. one week later, i got dry mouth and fatigue and a swollen groin. the next week i got thrush and swelling in my throat. almost 4 weeks later, the thrush has gotten better, and the swelling in the throat. but fatigue and groin swelling still exist but theyre a bit better. i have also dropped about 12 pounds in 3 weeks. Tested one week, 25 days, and 32 days post exposure, still negative. But now my partner, 3 weeks and 4 days from the last time we slept together has devolped a cough, sore throat, and a 101 degree fever! our dr. told us she prolly caught a bug, due to the stress weve been under emotionally (came clean with her) but the symptoms seem like they are getting more and more coincidental!
how likley is it between my low risk exposure, and a 4 week negative that i have contracted hiv and passed it to my partner? or should i accept the consequences. i know i kinda asked this before, but between my partner getting symptoms, my origional time from exposure being incorrect, and mentioning the protected intercourse, will someone please help me?
