4 july i had an unprotected sex with a house wife,
after 1 month i deep kiss my girlfriend next i have oral ulcer i m very scared because read hiv symptoms and every think about hiv fear ,
after this is gone in a week after some time i feel my legs muscles aching i m completely fear this is hiv and my heart beat is very fast and out of control .
i m have no fever but feel some fatigue but every time thinking about hiv and my future
pls help what i do and what is my risk.

At this point, we are closing this thread.  You've been told patiently by our members that you can only test in order to know your status.  Until then, there is nothing we can offer as symptoms are not used to diagnose HIV.

Hey listen, I'm really sorry you are so nervous.  Lots of people here have been in the same boat.  But what you are being told is that you have to test.  Nothing that happens between now and your test will tell you if you have HIV BUT, you probably don't because less than 1% of the time will a single exposure lead to infection.  So, stay busy with life believing you will not bet that rare person and are with the 99% who do not get HIV.  You will be!  Then test when it's time

It is hard to get HIV virus with one time sex so don't panic.
And please don't search online always it will just scare you and nothing else

A duo test is conclusive after 4 weeks or any other after 12 weeks.

you've been told,  and I'll reiterate, go get tested. do not have sex with your girlfriend unprotected. no one will diagnose, or assure you,  because your exposure is one of the ways HIV is transmitted. you're scared because if know you are positive you think you will die? what do you think happens if you're positive and you don't know? the same things,  only you can't get treatment for a better life because you refuse to find out. you're scared from not testing, so do it my way,  and watch the frear leave. get tested.

We all want things, that doesn't mean we can get them. As you've been told already, only an HIV test can give you the answer you want. HIV is not diagnosed by symptoms. So even if you walked into a doctor's office, they would tell you that you need a test because they have no way of knowing with just the symptoms.
