Precum in perianal region
Hello I am gay from China. Two days ago I dated a gay. We kissed together, he jerked off for me, we huged together with naked bodies. He put his penis against my perianal region and I can feel his precum. Is there a risk to contract HIV or other STDs? Thanks.
Last week you were told the risks for hiv did not include this. The advice can't change.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You were never exposed to HIV, so there is no reason to test for HIV.
