Determining my exposure with a TV encounter

Thank you for taking my question.  I am a maile and had unprotected oral and protected anal intercourse with a TV (transvestite) 23 days ago.  It started with the tv giving me a 4 min. ** and then we had 5 minutes of protected anal (the tv recieving).  It ended with another 4 min. unprotected **.  When that didn't work I personally masterbated to climax.  As we were dressing, I asked him if I needed to get checked which he said no.  And again as he was leaving I asked him again and he said no again.

Here is my symptoms:  I had diarrhea for 2 weeks which I am 99.9% sure I had started the day before the encounter.   On day 14, I had a tension headache for 10 days.  On day 16, I had "cramped leg" or "restless leg" for about 5 days which could have been due to heavy hike.  Now on day 25, I am getting sore throat.

I have been reading a lot about Hiv and the forums and have probably caused a lot of self imposed stress.  I feel rather guilty for what I did as it was experimental.  My question is:

1)  are these symptoms indicative of Hiv exposure
2)  what kind risks does one have with such an encounter
3)  should I also get tested for STd or is this not indicative of anything

thank you for your response

Now I have a full blown sore throat and all of these issues are just waying on me.  But Moving on doesn't answer any of my questions or make me feel better.  I was hoping for a little insight versus being "blown off".  People write to this forum for many reasons with all sorts of questions that may seam trivial to others but helpful to some.  I would appreciate a more inciteful post if you are going to reply to people.
