Is hiv negative at 6weeks conclusive ??

I got tested hiv negative after 6 weeks of exposure . Testing method was antibody antigen 4th generation screening test in a lab. Is this conclusive ?? I am getting confused with the 12 weeks window perios and 6 weeks . Please answer ? Can i move on .

You were advised in April that you had no risk. Hopefully you will accept the test result (that was unnecessary to do) and move on, otherwise see doc and a therapist for this HIV fixation.

Thanks for your reply. I did got to the hiv counsellor here in my country , she suggested me to come test at three months . So i just thought of asking here if 6weeks combo test in a lab would be conclusive .
Continue counselling.
