Protected Anal Sex with HIV positive partner

My partner is HIV positive. We recently had our first sex.  I was the receptive partner. He ejaculated inside the condom. Upon finishing, I checked and saw CONDOM did not break, his semen was inside the condom.

Yesterday, I had intense armpit swelling and soreness. I NEVER got them before.
I had fever all day today.

Condom did not break , but he did ejaculate inside the condom while he was inside me..
he also bit my nipple quite hard the other day.  some skin abrasions were seen in my nipple.

i am scared to death now,  i thought i was safe from condom use. should i be concerned?
i have rash over trunk as well, and it has only been 10 days.

You should find out what your partners virtual load is.
And if he's on meds.
If on meds and his viral load is low or possibly undetectable, a condom failure is potentially a low risk.
Just giving you something to think about.
That's important information if you're going to partner with an hiv + person.
