Hiv Duo Test and HCV Co-Infection

Hello Dear Community

First of all thank you for reading my question which plagues me for a few months.

1.Everyone says that a Hiv Duo test after 28 days is %99 conclusive and a follow up at 90 days or 12 weeks is needed for a total conclusive result. Everything is ok until now but the thing i do not understand is how it can be conclusive at 28 days.
Hiv Duo checks for Anti HIV 1+2 + HIV 1 P24 but it does not check for HIV 2 P24.
If normal antibody test cannot detect HIV antibodies until 6 weeks how can the Hiv Duo antibody detect HIV 2 antibody at 4 weeks ? I guess the HIV Duo tests are not conclusive at all for HIV 2 at 4 weeks . Am i wrong ? Am i missing something ?

2. I read on the internet that a co-infection with HIV and HCV can result in a longer window period for HIV up to 12 months!!!! They say that is it possible with a ACUTE HCV that your HIV results can be effected up to 12 months.How real is this ?
I also do understand that with a Duo test because of the P24 is negates that out because even if this is true the HIV 1 P24 would be detected after 28 days. But what about HIV 2 ? Would the window period 12 months for HIV 2 with a Acute HCV Co-Infection ?

3. How common is HIV 2 ?
I live in Turkey and i have been told by 3 different private HIV consulting offices in Turkey that there is no HIV 2 infection in Turkey that they know but no one is %100 sure.

Thank you very much.

I also forgot to add that i had a unprotected anal sex expore (as bottom) and i've been tested with a Vidas Hiv Duo test exactly 89 days after the exposure which came back negatif.

Is my test really conclusive ? i still fear because of this Acute HCV Co infection with HIV things my test would be non conclusive because it would not detect HIV 2.

To add to Anal unprotected exposure ;
When he tried to put the condom on he made it the wrong side and flipped the condom afterwards.
So his precum was outside of the condom and then he penetrated me.Some ppl say this is a risk but some say because the HIV virus was exposed to air it would die in a few seconds therefore it is a no risk. Whats real ? Is it a risk or not ?
Also while pulling out the condom was half down on his penis because he got soft after errection.
Could some sperm leak out and infect me ? İs this possible ?
