Protected sex with a previous drug user. Risk?

Hi Everyone

I had sex last night with a previous drug user. We had protected sex. She didn't perform oral on me, I didn't perform oral on her.  I did stick my index finger up her butt a few times. She informed me she went to rehab for drinking and taking hard drugs(she's been clean for 9 months). She told me she injected herself with drugs but without shared needles. I asked if she was clean, she told me she was tested, clean and safe.

During sex I put the condom on correctly and I also checked it periodically for any rips/tearing during sex. After sex I also checked it again for any rips/tears and I also water tested said condom (no leaks).

My question is, what's the likelihood of contracting HIV from this sexual encounter?

Now that I think about it. I also fingered this girl. While fingering her she came on my hand. I wiped most of her semen off of my hand but I may have touched my bare penis and (penis head) with my hand. Does this put me at risk? Do you recommend testing? Thanks

Now that I think of it, I fingered her and some of her fluid/semen got onto my hand and I touched my bare penis with my hand. With that being said, am I at risk? Thanks
