Protected with cut on penis

I had protected sex with a csw, but 2 hours before I cut myself on the penis shaft with a razor
Not sure if the cut was protected by the condom. What is my risk if the cut entered the vagina?

No worries, just reread the advice because you didn't do any of the 3. hiv prevention is about identifying whether the person did any of the 3, not trying to assess the irrelevant million other things that people can do.
