My condom broke with a commercial sex worker I fear I may have contracted HIV

On 25th of April 2018 after a night out I went to a sex worker while a bit drunk. After about 10 min she complained I'd staying too long without orgasm and when I removed my penis from inside her I realised the condom had broken and I had not noticed. We both freaked out and she said that I was lucky and that she was not sick. I went back to my hotel room and took a shower. I still had a lot of fears and I went to a clinic on 28th April,3 days later and had a rapid finger prick test with Alere Determine hiv 1/2 ab/ag combo and there was a faint positive line. I freaked out!I bought the strip and went home, tested my self with it and after about 30-35 the faint positive line appeared again. I was really afraid and confused because this was 3 days after my exposure and i was sure that I was negative before.
I went to a govt. hospital on May 7th (2 weeks later) and when I got tested still with the alere determine, there was no faint positive line.
I then went to the clinic on 1st june(5 weeks after exposure) and the result was negative without a faint positive line.
I plan to go for another test at the 8 weeks mark.
What are my chances of being negative? coz the two faint positive lines at 3days exposure are really bothering and I'm starting to get suicidal and depressed with the thought of me being positive and i really regret my actions I would just like a second chance.

Zero. A duo is conclusive at 28 days, so you are safe. Besides, she is likely negative otherwise she wouldn't be paying for condoms. She wants protection from her clients, not the other way around. You have to stop worrying about your rapid test since the duo trumps it, so time to move on.

Thank you for the reply, it's just that the faint positive lines at 3 days are giving me nightmares. Some articles on the internet say that a faint positive may be caused by the early infection. But at 3 days..? Really
It will be HIV phobia if you test again so talk to your doc or a therapist if you are still worried. You don't do a cancer imaging daily or E coli after each meal although those diseases can occur at any time, so there is no reason to duplicate your testing for HIV, especially since I imagine she is positive.
I meant she is not positive. The first step to peace is to accept that without medical training you are just going to scare yourself Googling for disease so accept your limitations and stop Googling cold turkey and if necessary see doc for facts to calm down.
Thank you a lot and by God I hope you're correct, thank you.
