Question about possible Ars rash

I was wondering if someone could tell me how fast the ars rash typically spreads?  I have noticed just a couple bumps, slightly raised and occasionally, but not always, slightly itchy. But only 2 or 3 on my chest over the last several days.

Is it typical for the rash to spread so slowly, if at all?

If it matters, I am 3 weeks past possible exposure, no fever, I do have a sore in my mouth, however.

Unprotected, penetrative vaginal sex.
It wouldn't be just a couple of bumps, and an ARS rash doesn't itch at all.
Thanks for the info.

Just so I'm clear, would it be typical for it to start as Two or three spots and then grow? I've found 4 small red bumps at this point (2 on chest, one on face, one on neck). Do they usually come on that slow or do they tend to appear fairly rapidly together?

Thank you so much for all of your help.
No.  4 bumps isn't a rash.  It would be a RASH, rash, not a few bumps spread out across your body.  You'd have a rash on your torso that would be noticeable.  Also, ARS is a syndrome, not a single symptom.  You'd have a multitude of symptoms if you had ARS.
