Questions about HIV? Im very Nervous and need answers!

Yes i had a possible exposure to HIV 3 1/2 weeks ago for unprotected sex and got symptoms 2 days later, 2 small red patches on head of penis that didnt hurt or itch, a day later testicles swelled up and turned red  and they itched for like a week straight along with anus area and i was having aches in lower abs and pelvis region, rash in butt crack for 1 day, flu like symptoms, tired, loose stool, aches in lower back and kindey area and knees 5 days after exposure. My Flu like symptoms, painful throat, tiredness, aches went away in like a day or so maybe a few days.....I have had this stupid rash on my penis head and legs only on the back part of my legs and shins, blotchy and pink that appears in high stress or when i get really nervous and hot, no dots/rashes etc at all on my upper body.......Im kind of scared i have syphillis cause my results are still pending for it and my HIV test came back negative after 2 weeks and i go back on June 16th for my 6 week test for a 95% accurate result. Im am pretty sure i dont have HIV cause i have had this rash for almost the whole month of May and HIV rashes dont last that long ive heard, plus the leg rash would come and go....My symptoms were never consistant, Ive been totally fine now for a week besides that rash i have. Im thinking Herpes or Syphillis.......which in both cases the rashes can last up to a month or so.

I have red pimple like spots on shoulder blades when I rub across them they turn the color of my skin and ten go back to the redish color.  I've had this rash on chest disappears but comes back when it wants to.
No swollen glands. But have fever like feelings

Fisr of all ARS symptoms appears between 2-4 weeks after exposure not 2 or 5 days after so those symptoms have nothing to do whit HIV, just take your 6 week for a 95% accurate result and then at 3 months for conclusive. The rash can have other causes like you said probably alergic or something else.

Good luck
