Rapid Antibody test done in lab

How accurate is a 62 days Hiv negative using a Clearview Rapid Antibody Test..
(Vein Puncture)..

Tested at 90 days rapid (clearview complete) vein puncture
Results: NEGATIVE..
My question is  would being infected with hepatitis cause a delay on the results....
Going to get an Hepatitis test next week...

That's not a risk. Your result won't change at 12 weeks.

What are my chances of it changing come 12 weeks?
My exposure was Hand to Genital with possible blood form open wound direct to urethra..
I had some symptoms which were headaches rashes and stiff neck

It's pretty accurate. It's the same as a standard test.  It's only conclusive at 12 weeks.
