Rapid test kit

Hi, I did a self test using rapid home test kit for hiv 1 & 2 after 3 months of last sexual encounter with a csw. It tested negative. Is this result conclusive? & how reliable are the rapid test kits?

I see, think I should go & have an actual test done with a GP then. I'm pretty confident that I'm a -ve, but still I just want to be 100% sure. I was avoiding GPs before (I'm just uncomfortable with docs) & think rapid test are good enough... You have just strengthen my resolve to do a proper test
.
I might as well take all test related to STDs. I know of 2, HIV & syphilis. What other test should I do?

Thx a lot for your replies.

You never had an exposure and there are no approved Home Test Kits outside the US. The UK will begin selling them in April 2014.
