Rash all over body. HIV?

I've got a rash. Started on my arms, now all over my body. Getting worse not better. Went to the docs she said scarlet fever but I don't have any other symptoms other than the rash. She put me on anti biotics but nothing is getting better after 2 days of taking them, and I've had the rash for 6 days now.
My groin lymph nodes are swollen. I have a blocked ear and doc also said my throat is inflamed.
Rash is just lots of little bumps. Some in clusters. Sometimes pink. All over my body arms neck chest stomach legs face.
I have unprotected oral sex to a girl about a month ago. Does this sound like it could be hiv ?

I have had unprotected sex before but this was about 4 years ago. Do any of the symptoms sound hiv related?

No, ARS symptoms if one has them come on 2-4 weeks post exposure. Did you get tested for your unprotected sex 4 years ago?

If you tested earlier than 3 months you will still have to retest.

I can't remember how long after I tested. I think be had another one as well some time after and was clear I can't remember properly as it was a long time ago. My last unprotected contact (the oral) was exactly a month a go. I'm really really worried that this rash is a sign of hiv but my doctors just think it's scarlet fever

As you were told if you test 3 months post your unprotected sex and was negative, you do not have HIV and again HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.
