2 Second Unprotected Receptive Anal

Dear Doctor

I did a very stupid act today, I am feel extremely guilty and regret.
I am a bottom, I met a man today and have sex with him.
He used condom in the beginning, I am very sure, as I did a condom check.
After few minutes, he stopped, and insert again, and I found there is no condom after check.
Its only about 2-3 seconds and halfway. I think there is no precum, and very sure he didnt cum yet.

I know there is risk to HIV, but is it very high risk?

I am very worry now....

Yes, there is a risk every time we decide to do anything bare, especially anal sex, so get tested at 6 week ( I did and still worry) and then again at 12 weeks to get a conclusive results.
