Recurring yeast infection & HIV

Hello, I posted about my vaginal yeast infection 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately after 4 treatments now both OTC and prescription I am still fighting it. Now my Dr. Has ordered all tests including HIV. The only exposure I had was oral sex and vaginal sex where the condom was slipping off due to him losing his erection. There was no ejaculation. I'm worried because I started having this issue less than a week after the encounter and it is still not resolved now my Dr wants me to test. It appears that she thinks it could be HIV. In the meantime I purchased the Oraquick test for immediate results and it was negative but its only been 60+ days not 90 so I know it's not conclusive. I understand that symptoms are a really bad indicator of status but the fact that my Dr wants me to test has me very worried. Is there a realistic concern here?

The fact that your doctor is giving you and HIV test does not indicate that she thinks it could be due to HIV. You didn't have a risk for HIV, so just stay calm and await your inevitable negative result.

It is time to accept the advice given here, instead of telling us that you believe in different ideas.

This is an hiv forum and you don't have hiv. This is not a yeast forum, so see doc instead of continuing to waste your time on the wrong track,

"Now my Dr. Has ordered all tests including HIV...." If you have been tested then wait for results and then you don't have to think about this anymore.
